Basic Instructor Development is designed to teach philosophy, concepts, materials, and skills necessary to function as a certified Basic Lawn Enforcement Instructor in the State of Oklahoma.

Pre-Requisites: Full-time 2 years past basic academy certification date or 5 years, full time/reserve combined and a written endorsement from Agency head.  (OAC Rule 390:25-1-10)
