Cancelled contracts are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00. Cancellations must be in writing and received prior to closing date. Covers are non-refundable. Advertisers delinquent over 30 days will not be allowed to exhibit at the Oklahoma Sheriffs Association Annual Conference and Exposition. Placement is subject to editors discretion.
