Not just Sheriff, he’s a long resident of the community where his friends live and family grew up. Real roots.
“The Citizens, they look for your sheriff. That’s what they want in a sheriff. They want to know that the person they elected – “is that person going to stand up for me when it comes time?” Sheriff Bauman shared.
At the Logan County Sheriff’s Office they take this call to stand behind their community very seriously.
“That’s what you do. You back your citizens, and you defend them. … I take that very seriously.” stated the sheriff.
As mentioned before, roots are real to the Sheriff’s Office in Logan County. Sheriff Bauman takes that home, literally:
“It means a lot to me to be able to protect this community … we’re going to protect the community that we live in and the citizens. We grew up here. I’m not only just protecting citizens, I’m protecting family, friends. That’s our job and we’re going to do it and we’re going to do it to the best of our ability.”
