We recently held our first-of-its-kind New Administrative Assistant Academy, created by administrative assistants across the state. The four-day training was held from August 22-25 and hosted 38 students as well as multiple instructors, all of whom are experts in their subjects.
Among the topics covered was information on credit card usage, budgeting and fees associated with grant writing. It was a great pleasure to facilitate this new class and look forward to the improvement and cooperation between AAs in our state. Thank you to everyone in attendance, the instructors who gave their time and the admins that worked hard to help create the curriculum.
