2020 OSA Vendor Registration
The deadline for registrations and listing in the OSA conference program is September 28, 2020. Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. The OSA will do its best to honor your request. The name and company/agency will appear on the conference badge, booth sign, and conference program as you indicate on the registration form.
Payment must be received no later than October 1, 2020. If payment or other arrangements are not made, your booth may be released to those on the waiting list.
The following items are included in the regular booth rental:
• Draping for back and sides of the booth (Except for booth P1-P25 no side drape)
• (1) 6’ skirted table
• (2) folding side chairs
• Wi-Fi Access
• (1) vendor ID sign
• Conference attendee name tags
• Company name and booth number listed in the OSA conference program. (Only if the registration deadline of Sept. 28th is met.)
Monday, October 12th
3:00 pm –5:00 pm – Exhibitor Registration (Pre-Function Area)
3:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Exhibitor Setup (Oklahoma Ballroom)
Tuesday, October 13th
8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Exhibitor Show (Oklahoma Ballroom)
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Exhibitor Teardown (Oklahoma Ballroom)
Exhibitors must have their booths dismantled and off the exhibit floor no later than 7:00 p.m. Booths not emptied by the deadline will be removed by the hotel and any additional labor fees will apply.
The decorator for the OSA exhibitor show is Event Planning by Lelani. If you require electrical or wi-fi for your booth you will need to order direct from the Embassy Suite Hotel Event Services. Once you have submitted your registration the OSA will email you a booth number and the decorator packet. Send your order to Event Planning.
