Sheriff Spencer W. Davis is a graduate of Hinton High School and a lifelong resident of Caddo County. Sheriff Davis has over 43 years of Law enforcement experience and started his law enforcement career in the spring of 1978 as a patrolman for the Hinton Police Department. Sheriff Davis has worked in different law enforcement areas, including Jailer, Patrolman, Sergeant, Chief of Police, Deputy Sheriff, Undersheriff, and now Sheriff.
Sheriff Davis has worked his entire career in Caddo County. Having the opportunity to work in different positions has given him a great working knowledge of Law Enforcement in Caddo County. Sheriff Davis holds an Advanced Law Enforcement Certification.
