Words can not express my gratitude for the Oklahoma Sheriff’s Association and the Oklahoma Sheriff’s. We had a tornado touch down in three different areas of Marshall County that caused major damage in these three areas. When this news started circulating the Sheriffs of Oklahoma and the Sheriffs’ Association started reaching out immediately asking what they could do to help and what we needed. We had neighboring County Sheriff Offices arriving on scene to help and this was greatly appreciated. I am proud of these relationships because with everything going on we had Sheriff Offices arrive on scene and several Sheriff’s reaching out to offer help. As we all know when natural disasters happen there is not an abundance of time to start calling but in this case, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office had Sheriff’s from across the State calling and offering help. As a Sheriff and a member of the Oklahoma Sheriffs’ Association, I am greatly appreciative for the Sheriff’s across our great State and the Sheriffs’ Association. It was and is a true testament of team work.
Thank you for everything the Oklahoma Sheriffs’ and the Sheriff’s Association has done to help during this event, I am grateful. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is here when needed.
Thank you,
Donald Yow
