The 2017 President’s Reception was hosted by Pawnee County Sheriff and President Mike Waters and the Oklahoma Sheriffs’ Association on the evening of August 9th, 2017. The evening was a come-and-go social event consisting of light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers. The OSA is extremely grateful for all of the sponsors of this event.
