Roll Call The roll was called with the following members present: Hauf, Moore, Smith, Hewett, Waters, Chennault, Turner, Head, West, Dougherty, Weir, Rhodes, Sander, Whittington, LeVick.
Approval of Minutes: Whittington made change to February minutes, motioned to approve amended minutes; Smith seconded. Motion passed.
Introduction of Guests
- Guests in attendance: Retired Oklahoma County Sheriff John Whetsel, Cleveland County Undersheriff Blake Green, legislative consultant Mike Maxwell, Representative of Cabinet Secretary of Public Safety Jason Nelson, Washita County Sheriff Roger Reeve.

- Taylor Fudge and Pete Pitchford of AMR present and welcome the board.
- Representative Jason Nelson of Cabinet Secretary of Public Safety speaks to the board regarding the governors audit of the OHP.
- No pre-determined outcome has been made at this time. Secretary Keating has many issues still on the table to review in regards to the OHP and its aircrafts.
- Legislative consultant Mike Maxwell presents and discusses the Rave Mobile Safety program.
- Weir made motion to approve and endorse the Rave Mobile Safety program; Smith seconded. Motion passed.

- Whittington made motion to approve the Lifetime Membership for Charlie Tucker; Rhodes seconded. Motion passed.
- Associate Membership Approval
- Mike Woodruff with ROCIC and Joshua Fanelli with Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office have applied for Associate Memberships, which is now subject to board approval.
- Smith made motion to approve both memberships; Head seconded. Motion passed.
- Refund- Derek DeMond
- DeMond has requested a $400.00 refund from the OSA due to Jefferey Goins failing to honor his donation.
- Turner made motion to approve the $400.00 refund; head seconded. Motion passed.
- Hughes County Letter to Governor
- Executive Director Ray McNair discussed the letter from Hughes County Sheriff Marcia Maxwell.
- Board discusses concerns with Jason Nelson regarding the possible reduction of OHP aircrafts.
- Whittington made motion to table discussion of Hughes County letter until further information is received; Booth seconded. Motion passed.

- Active Shooter Conference Update
- Executive Director Ray McNair discussed facility options for the conference. Rose State has stepped in to offer their facility, which will help reduce cost.
- Legislative Update
- Executive Director Ray McNair provides update on OSA request bills. All 7 of the OSA request bills have moved forward, including the two DOC bills.

- NE Region- March 28 meeting will be at Country Cottage sponsored by TurnKey Health.
- SE Region- March 14 meeting will be at Pete’s Place sponsored by Prodigy.
- SC Region- March 21 meeting will be at Napoli’s sponsored by TurnKey Health.
- NC Region- March 4 meeting was hosted by CTC.
