Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Director McNair.

Roll Call: The following members were present Dougherty, Booth, West, Bowling, Elliott, Head, Kelley, Harper, Mullett, Cumberledge, Sander, Reeve, and Janz
Approval of Minutes:Motion to approve by Kelley seconded by Dougherty, Motion Passed
Introduction of Guests:Marcus Wiliams, Kevin McCullough, Sheriff Cory Rink, Mike Maxwell, and Sheriff Kevin Ledbetter

Discussion Items:
- Legislation – Update on final bills. Director McNair updated on changes within leadership.
- Membership Update – Director McNair provided an update on the Honorary and Active memberships for 2024.
- NSA Conference- A request was made for volunteers to work the Oklahoma Experience. Update on entertainment for the night was given
- OSA Conference – Attendee pricing for the conference was discussed. It was decided to price it with and without meals.
Training Report:
- Training Director Keller provided an update for year 2024.
