Roll Call: The following members were present: Devereaux, West, Kelley, Harper, Mullett, Janz, Reeve, Head, Lane, Elliott, Bowling, Mitchell, Sander, McNair, Keller
Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve by Kelley seconded by Sander, Motion Passed
Introduction of Guests: Kevin McCullough, John Echols, Sheriff Kevin Ledbetter, Donnie Anderson.

- VOCA Board Appointee – Nominations: Sheriffs Chris Bryant, Damon Devereaux, Steve Kelley.
- Retreat Location – August 6-9, 2024 @ Choctaw Casino in Durant.

- Legislation – Sheriffs Grant HB 2914: Perimeters laid out for grant along with current logistic information. Retirement HB 1068: Details/clarification covered.
- NSA Conference Final – Logistics discussed
