Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by President Devereaux.

Roll Call: The following members were present Devereaux, Booth, West, Bowling, Elliott, Head, Kelley, Harper, Mullett, Cumberledge, Mitchell.
Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve by Kelley seconded by Harper, Motion Passed
Introduction of Guests: Mike Maxwell, Dary Stacy, Marcus Williams, John Marion, Kevin McCullough, Brandon Clabes, Todd Teck, Stephanie Calico, Sheriff Ledbetter.

- 2024 Election Calendar: Due to this being an election year, we reviewed our schedule of events against the election calendar.
- Legislation: The Director and Maxwell talked about the four OSA request bills. HB1068 Retirement, HB4063 Sheriffs Grant, HB3757 Jail Standards, and HB3978 DOC Bills.
- Modern Task Force: Sheriff Bowling provided an update on the Modern Task Force.
Training Report:
- Training Director Keller provided an update on training for 2023 and 2024 current outlook for training.
