Position: Full Time Criminal/Internal Investigator

Position Description: 

  • Investigate criminal acts Covered under Oklahoma State law
  • Conduct Interviews with victims, suspects, witnesses and informants
  • Process crime scenes and collect evidence
  • Prepare investigative reports
  • Perform surveillance and monitor inmates
  • Exchange information and coordinate activities with other state and federal agencies
  • Conduct internal investigations and prepare reports for administrative action
  • Testify in state and federal court

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be a citizen of the United States and possess a valid OK Driver License
  • Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Applicants must be CLEET certified with a minimum 5 years Law Enforcement experience
  • Applicants must have 2 years of investigative experience
  • Applicants are subject to MMPI testing
  • Applicants must pass a background investigation and oral interview
  • Applicants cannot have any pending criminal charges, felony convictions or domestic violence incidents
  • Applicants must be able to relocate and reside within sixty (60) miles of the Grady County Jail

Salary & Benefits:
