LAW ENFORCEMENT PRESENTATION

This course will educate officers of the laws and rules pertaining to the Medical Marijuana industry.

Attendees will learn:

• Identify what a proper Patient license, Caregiver license, and Transporter license that is to be in possession of the person with Medical Marijuana products
• Identify transport manifests, required information, and proper labeling/packing of product
• Amount of Medical Marijuana that a patient can legally possess
• Patient rights
• Medical Marijuana disposal and waste/storage requirements
• OMMA compliance and inspection procedures
