MOONSHINE STILL TRAINING & RECOGNITION


 

This course will educate law enforcement officers in the methods commonly used by “good ole boys” today to illegally distill and sell unlicensed spirits.

 

Information covered during the course also includes:

  • Development and articulation of probable cause
  • Powers and Duties of the ABLE Commission
  • Process of distillation
  • Items commonly used and found during illegal distillation
  • The dangers of operating moonshine stills
  • Laws Governing Alcoholic Beverages
